1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. (We will ship over the world after we got more payment method.)
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or military addresses.
You must provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
3. Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method. All fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Risks
Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery to the address provided
• Failed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
7. Address Errors
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. We cannot reroute or refund orders due to incorrect addresses.
