1. Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and health standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on temporary tattoo stickers.
All sales are final.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Defective

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect (wrong design or size)
you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We will review your case and respond within 1-2 business days.

At our sole discretion, we may offer:

5. Return Shipping

If a return is required due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

7. Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
